If the amount of one-time transaction is more than 3 million MNT using Smart Banking, you must enter the Confirmation Password / E-token. If you forgot your Confirmation Password, click “Forgot?” button in the Login section before logging in to Smart Banking to create a new one according to the instructions.

You can view the account statement by selecting the “Statement” option through “Account” menu of Smart Banking. You can view your statement of 7 days, Month and quarter, or for a maximum period of 93 days.
You can select the “Credit Card Payment” submenu from the “Transactions” main menu of the updated internet banking. Select the credit card transfer account, enter the information such as Others’ credit card number, cardholder’s name and transfer amount, and click “Continue”. You will be charged a credit card fee by entering the Confirm Password (or transaction password) to verify that the information has been entered correctly.
Between bank transactions of more than MNT 3 million are made through the Bank of Mongolia. According to the Bank of Mongolia’s transaction schedule, this transaction is made between 09:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. Transactions made outside of this time are sent to the Bank of Mongolia on the next business day and the transaction is made to the receiving bank.
A simple right can transfer a maximum of 20 million MNT per day. Internet banking rights will also change as it is not possible to increase the daily transaction limit of smart banking.
