Golomt Bank is contributing to Mongolia’s sustainable development efforts by integrating sustainable development and sustainable financing as core strategies, and operating in line with these principles.

In this year’s Sustainable Development Report, we highlight our achievements and best practices in the areas of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), as well as our successes in promoting green financing and supporting green and low-carbon initiatives. The 2023 report is notable for calculating the greenhouse gas emissions of the Bank’s own operations and financed loan portfolio. Additionally, we have set medium and long-term targets to reduce emissions and mitigate impact on water resources by 2025 and 2030 respectively.

We will continue to strengthen responsible collaboration with our clients and customers to create a sustainable future for current and future generations, and to accelerate the green and sustainable transition of the economy, creating a real positive impact.
