The Board of Directors of Golomt Bank JSC has decided to distribute a cash dividend of MNT 90 per share, a total of MNT 72.8 billion to shareholders, by its meeting held on February 14, 2024. According to the approval of the Bank of Mongolia, Golomt Bank has transferred the dividends of shareholders to the Mongolian Central Securities Depository (MCSD) in the amount after withholding tax.

The MCSD will deposit the dividends of shareholder to their securities name account within 3 working days. Shareholders will receive dividends to their accounts in commercial banks by making a request to their securities companies.
