Chingunbat LLC, Top Step LLC, Soyombot Orgil LLC, Abigail LLC, Eeltei Yertunts NGO, and Edem LLC participated in the “Mentorship-2023” program to support the SMEs held by Golomt Bank for the 2nd year. Within the framework of the program, executives of Golomt Bank and consulting service specialists share their experience and knowledge with SME businesses, as well as conduct various trainings aimed at improving organization project management.

One of them is the “HR Day” human resources management event organized by Golomt Bank for the participants. Through this event, Golomt Bank experts conducted presentations and trainings aimed to improve the human resources management of the participating organizations on topics such as the Current situation and future prospects of the labor market in Mongolia, Employee-centered human resources strategy, T-skills of managers and Technology in human resources.

This event is part of the strategic consulting within the framework of the program, and will be a real support for capacity building which is the most important impact to the stable operation and future growth of the organization.

Through the Mentorship-2023 program, we planned to take many measures aimed to develop the businesses at the short-term such as updating strategic plans, increasing sales and providing financial support.
