Golomt Bank’s “Altantulkhuur” Children’s fund has continued to support the “Heart Never Forgets” project for the second year in a row and established a memorandum of cooperation to become an official partner.

B.Boldsaikhan who initiated the project, General Director of “Ulaanbaatar Songdo” hospital, and G.Ganbold, President of Golomt Bank participated in the event and signed a memorandum of cooperation. Within the framework of this memorandum, “Altantulkhuur” fund has agreed to provide financial and other supports to the project.

“Ulaanbaatar Songdo” hospital launched the “Heart Never Forgets” project in May last year, which aims to diagnose and operate on children with congenital heart defects in Mongolia and give life to little hearts. As a result, a total of 170 children have undergone cardiac surgery and given life. Golomt Bank’s “Altantulkhuur’ children’s fund, as part of its social responsibility, provided MNT 120 million to the project last year to cover 12 children’s surgeries. This year, also donated another MNT 120 million and expressed will continue their cooperation with “Ulaanbaatar Songdo” hospital.

The project team is expanding its activities, visits to remote provinces and soums every quarter to include medical checkups for free, and aims to have heart surgery on a total of 1,000 children by 2027. During the signing of a memorandum, Golomt Bank appealed all other entities and organizations to join the project and give life to little hearts.
