The subsidized loan is financed by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and is designed to meet the financial need of those entities, which are operating in SME sector or environmental protection field, such as increasing working capital, purchasing equipment and constructing or expanding production plant.

    Loan term Up to 36-120 months
    Interest rate /per annual/ MNT – 7.00%

    USD – 10.27%
    • Increased number of job opportunities
    • Experience in their field of operations of 1 year or longer
    • Audited financial statements, financial statements confirmed by the taxation office of the past 3 years
    • Have environmental impact assessment performed
    • Shall not have any history of loans from banks and NBFIs classified as non-performing
    • Loan application
    • Have a project plan; Project proposal
    • ID, Reference letter from residing sub district
    • Documents for proof of income, expense, payables, receivables
    • Licenses to conduct operations, offer services
    • Documentation related to the property to be pledged as collateral
    • Letter of general office of Social care and services
    • Other additional required documents
